The Case Study-32 R&D Laboratory in Pune was one such project where listening and understanding became the foundation of successful delivery.

As the project progressed, numerous refinements and revisions were incorporated, ensuring that the design evolved in line with the client's expectations.
Spread across approximately 4,000 square meters, the facility was developed as a modern R&D environment integrating laboratory infrastructure, engineering services, utility systems, and collaborative workspaces. The design focused on creating efficient workflows, flexible laboratory environments, and a balance between functionality and user experience.
The journey from concept to completion was marked by continuous collaboration between the client, design team, engineers, and project stakeholders. Each review added value, each revision improved the outcome, and each milestone brought the project closer to its vision.
The project was delivered on schedule in October 2023, meeting both technical and operational expectations. More importantly, the completed facility reflected the trust, collaboration, and commitment shared by all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
