Project Overview

High above the busy commercial landscape of Thane, on the 8th floor of Empire Tower at Cloud Campus, a unique laboratory environment began taking shape in 2018. What started as an empty commercial space was transformed into a fully functional advanced testing laboratory designed around precision, safety, and performance.

Densol was entrusted with creating a laboratory that could support multiple specialized testing activities under one roof. The challenge was not only about fitting equipment into space, but about building an environment where engineering, workflow, and functionality worked seamlessly together.

The facility was carefully planned to include four high-performance fume hoods, humidity chamber, salt spray booth, paint spray booth, instrumentation room, utility areas, and dedicated staff working spaces. Every element inside the laboratory was designed to support efficient movement, safe operations, and long-term usability.

Quantum laboratory furniture systems and integrated engineering services became the backbone of the facility, helping create a clean, organized, and highly practical working environment. Executing a sophisticated laboratory on the upper floor of a live commercial building required detailed coordination, precision planning, and disciplined execution from concept to completion.
