Project Overview
Densol successfully delivered a highly specialized R&D laboratory facility for Case Study-6 CropScience at Himatnagar, Gujarat, in December 2015. Designed and executed as a complete Design & Build solution, the project was developed to support high-safety laboratory operations involving hazardous and flame-sensitive processes.
Despite the compact footprint of approximately 1,500 square feet, the facility demanded exceptionally high engineering precision, safety integration, and execution discipline. The project incorporated seven fully integrated fume hoods, laboratory benching systems with Trespa worktops, and complete flame-proof electrical infrastructure across critical operational zones.
The laboratory was engineered to meet stringent industrial safety requirements while ensuring operational efficiency, durability, and long-term maintainability.
